Designed for stainless-steel sinks only. Not suitable for ceramic, stone or composite sinks. Sink-wall thickness can affect the magnetic hold.

Installation & troubleshooting

To position the holder and backing magnet correctly.

If the holder slips when you hang a wet cloth:

• Check the backing magnet beneath the bench is positioned with the arrow pointing straight up and the silver face facing outward.

• If it still slips, test it in another stainless-steel sink to help determine whether your sink-wall thickness is affecting the hold.
